I'd buy the deluxe CD too, but I live in Canada so no such luck. I guess I'll have to buy it off of those people who are gonna "sell it on eBay in 5 years and make a bundle" off of it. haha Best of luck, cannot WAIT to see you on the 28th in Toronto!
