For a limited time and in limited supply, and available EXCLUSIVELY on the Say Anything + Motion City Soundtrack tour, Max will be selling a CD made up of 10 original songs under the name "Max Bemis and The Painful Splits".
Going to the shows is the only way of purchasing a CD. While this is not his first official "solo" record, it is a collection of songs Max is proud of and wants to share with Say Anything listeners, or whoever comes to the shows.

so this cd is amazing. but i'm upset there isn't a track list and how it's not signed. I don't get it..I thought they were all supposed to be signed. LAME.
say anything is fantastic live. except Max didn't really pay attention to the sides of the crowd and that kind of sucked. again this cd is AMAZING. if anyone goes to the show and doesn't get this.. you should punch yourself in the face. it's only 10 dollars for those of you that want to know.

Been listening to you guys for years, including Two Tongues. You guys are the best, and the hits never stop rolling. I can't wait for the Providence show! (I'm from CT, but after that lack-luster crowd at the Angels and Airwaves show, I can understand why you skipped us).

Say anything ALWAYS tours in AZ, and suddenly when this epic line up shows up, no arizona? This may be the last time Say Anything plays, and I cant stand the fact that i am going to miss it. I so wish i could buy this LP but its not my fault this economy sucks ass and i can't go out of state to see my favorite band on the face of the planet play... Ah please just come to Arizona... :'(

after watching this video i decided to watch a few others and so i watched studio update #1 and i must say, I think your album in defense of the genre was amazing and im not gonna say i understand why you think it isnt original enough but what i thought made it so amazing was the power behind not only the lyrics and the instruments but the meaning behind the lyrics or at least the way i interpreted the meaning of the lyrics so please keep those powerful kinds of lyrics in your music
